I suffered this condition for seven years before finally understanding exactly why I was losing my hair, I what I need to do to stop it and grow back strong scalp hair.

First, my qualifications - I have a degree in civil engineering, a diploma in advanced nutrition, and am a qualified mathematics high school teacher.

Whilst these qualifications may appear removed from the subject of hair loss, they nevertheless gave me a unique perspective from which to view androgenetic alopecia (i.e., rather than what would otherwise have been standardised academic study in trichology or dermatology).

It was through this analytical approach that I discovered the skull expansion process - the continued growth of specific bones of the skull during adulthood that is the direct cause of androgenetic alopecia.

I was 23 when I began to suffer from this condition, and very soon became tormented and depressed by it. Unable to accept this condition, I considered treatment options. but, I was uneasy about the use of conventional treatment (drugs, transplants, etc) and so didn't entertain the idea of such an unnatural and costly approach.

I then contacted and posed some technical questions to trichologists. unfortunately, I was extremely surprised and disappointed when they were unable to provide answers. Given that these specialists appeared to have not even considered various aspects of androgenetic alopecia, my faith in the hair loss industry became somewhat diminished. It seemed all too apparent to me that they didn’t fully understand the hair loss mechanism.

So, in desperation to find a solution, and being a firm believer that a natural problem should have a natural solution, I decided to embark upon my own private study of this condition.

It took seven years to realise that skull expansion was the true mechanism behind androgenetic alopecia.

Once a problem is understood, work can then begin on its solution.

Through reasoning and testing of my ideas, this approach eventually pointed towards a solution.

I devised a series of techniques and then began performing them in a regular daily routine. Positive results began to emerge and, in time, led to the cessation of further hair loss and recovery of healthy scalp hair growth.

Given that my solution to hair loss was totally natural, I realised that these methods could also help many others who would similarly prefer an alternative approach. And so, I created a website in which to inform people of my work and hair loss experience.
